  11. I am hooked to a mac with the provided cable.  Running zterm I attach and type
  12. at&v&v&v&v......&v&v
  13. then I hit return and grab the window bar to block display.  After about 1
  14. sec of buffering (attaching at 57.6K) the DTR & RTS lights go out. 
  15. However, the rxd light stays lit for seconds (on my old 1496 and hayes the
  16. rxd dropped immediately).  When I release the menu bar to allow display,
  17. the initial characters come out and the DTR/RTS lights come back, but no
  18. further RXD occurs.
  19. The display is also corrupted (the final portion is lost).

  21. This is with the &D0 (ignore DTR) and &H3 (HW flow) set.  I have also
  22. tried it with an alternative cable that only connects outgoing mac flow
  23. control to the RTS and leaves DTR unattached.  The same results occur.

  25. It looks as if v1.09 does not have any HW flow control.  I wonder if this
  26. is why I am having trouble with my 2864/1.09 (home) to 2864/1.09 (work)
  27. connection disconnecting randomly (several times in an hour when doing
  28. large xfers).

  30. Anyone else tried the flow test or had frequent disconnects?
